NICOSIA, 28 October 2016 - The Special Adviser of the Secretary-General on Cyprus (SASG), Mr. Espen Barth Eide, is pleased to announce that Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will open the intensive week of negotiations of the Cyprus talks in Switzerland on Monday 7th November.
26 October 2016 - The Turkish Cypriot leader, Mr. Mustafa Akıncı, and the Greek Cypriot leader, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, have decided to continue the Cyprus talks in Mont Pelerin, Switzerland from 7th to 11th November.

I have just had a productive meeting with their Excellencies Mr. Mustafa Akıncı, Turkish Cypriot leader, and Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, Greek Cypriot leader.
The Special Adviser to the Secretary-General on Cyprus, Espen Barth Eide, on 23 September 2016 met US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland in New York. Mr. Eide described the meeting as: "a very inspiring discussion on how best to support the quest for a settlement in Cyprus".
